以对浙江某地区65所幼儿园的抽样调查表明，当前入园幼儿人身伤害事故的发生率较高，其原因是多方面的，涉及到幼儿园、幼儿、家长、管理部门等多个层面。为防止和有效应对此类事故的发生，幼儿园应加强自身管理，加深家园联系、相互理解，加强教职员工的法制教育、依法执教，积极投保、分散风险；教育行政部门应积极监督，及时提供法律支援；立法部门应完善相关法律，明确相关各方权利和义务，为公正、高效处理事故提供制度基础。

　On the base of spot check and talk in 65 kindergartens of Zhejiang Province, the article analyzes actuality, reason and resolving of infant injury accident. According to the actuality, the author puts forward countermeasures as follows: Kindergartens should strengthen their management, and the relationship between kindergartens and patriarch, and legal system education among teaching staffs and buy insurance and disperse risks; Education service should supervise actively and provide legal support in time; Lawmaking branch should consummate relevant law and define right and obligation, providing system for a fair and efficient disposal.
