The action rules of class in kindergarten are the most important factors that influence the socialization of preschoolers. We can find such rules are teacher-centered, management-centered, control-centered and convincing and reinforce, which would make preschoolers lose their spirit of action and creation. The author insists that the spirit development should be the first principle when we make and carry out rules in the kindergarten. Preschoolers should be the master of rules, the rules should be in favor of preschoolers’ development, and teachers should improve their willing and ability of understanding children’s action.
