Children’s communication conflicts and management are common contents of preschool work. Communication conflicts and the ways of how to tackle these conflicts have direct influence on children’s societal development. Through the comparison of the Sino-American children’s communication conflicts and teacher’s conflicts management, we find out that due to different cultures, customs and values, preschool teachers of the two countries use different methods to solve communication conflicts. Through the research we come to following conclusion that in order to upgrade children’s ability to solve their own communication conflicts, preschool teachers should prepare children with communication skills, the sense of rules; at the same time, teachers should prepare children with self-control and self-adjustment. What’s more important, children should grow up through learning how to tackle their own conflicts.
