教师缄默知识显性化策略探讨

  缄默知识是无法表达和表达不清楚的一类知识,其显性化对教师专业发展具有重要的意义。根据缄默知识的特征,借助RR模型和SECI模型,教师应充分发挥自身的主体性,通过多种表征形式对缄默知识进行表征重述,同时通过互动场所中教师群体、专家的支持等做到缄默知识的显性化。

 

英文摘要:

 Tacit knowledge refers to the knowledge which can’t be illuminated or is hard to express in its fullness. However, articulating it is very important for teachers’ professional development. Following the characteristics of the tacit knowledge, this article emphasizes teachers’ subjectivity. Also, by RR model and SECI model, this article presents the notions that teachers should try to represent and redescribe their tacit knowledge in different ways of representation, and articulate them by the support of teachers’ group and experts during interaction.
