学前教育还是教育”吗—从深圳的公办园转企说开去

  深圳的公办园转企引发了幼教人广泛的关注和持久的讨论。深圳的这一改革从某种意义上动摇了学前教育是“基础教育的重要组成部分”的性质,改写了学前教育的教育性和福利性,添加了生产性,弱化了教育性。学前教育应在基础性与非义务性之间保持一种合适的张力,以捍卫学前教育的教育性。

 

英文摘要:

 The reform of Shenzhen's government-owned kindergartens has given chance for us to rethink the basic trait of preschool education. The aim of the reform is to realize the equality in preschool education, but according to the author's opinion, equality could not be arrived by market. The government should share her responsibility in it.
